The Northern Antique Dealers Fair Limited is delighted to announce that its annual event, The Northern Antiques Fair, is moving to a new venue and will be held in The Garden Rooms and Cloisters at Tennants, Harmby Road, Leyburn, North Yorkshire DL8 5SG between Thursday 30 September and Sunday 3 October.
The fair features over 30 specialist exhibitors selling a wide range of traditional and contemporary paintings and prints, romantic and modern sculpture, Regency to mid century modern silver and jewellery, English, European and Oriental ceramics, 20th century glass, period furniture, treen and boxes, Oriental rugs and carpets, objects of virtue and many other decorative works of art spanning the centuries.
Light refreshments will be available close to the fair entrance and in the Cloisters. Booking is strongly advised for the renowned Café and Bistro within Tennants.
The event will be held within current guidelines and the Covid-19 situation is kept under careful review. Measures such as good ventilation, gentle social distancing and the availability of hand santiser will be in place, and the wearing of face coverings is appreciated.
The Northern Antiques Fair is an annual event, first established in 1951, featuring high quality specialist dealers, primarily members of the British Antique Dealers' Association and LAPADA the Association of Art & Antiques Dealers. The balance of disciplines will be monitored and applications to exhibit are considered by an advisory committee.
